    Ive only got the first email which says order delayed - no others about cancelling my order etc. So just hoping it might get sent when they get more stock.

  • my order is still showing as there on my account page at tesco.com, and not had any emails. still keeping fingers crossed.

    Your account status page currently does not change for orders from the electrical site if they are cancelled or dispatched, its another company they use for that part of their website atm.........

    Some of the orders were processed before we realised the item had been advertised with the incorrect price.

    2. Why are other people receiving different emails and response emails?
    that say -

    We answer each email with a response tailored to the enquiry.

    3. What is also a question is why has my account status online not
    changed? It suggests I am still due the order?

    The online tracking system does not include Electrical orders, this information will never be updated.

    Finally got a email confirming that i will not recieve my order,

    "Thank you for your email enquiry regarding your order for the Dyson cleanup pack.

    Further to the previous email that was sent to you regarding the above, your particular order will not be despatched.

    We trust that the above reply is to your satisfaction and please accept our sincere apologies, for any disappointment and inconvenience caused.

    If you have any further queries please e-mail again.

    oh well, was worth a try!

    a lot of you didn't get this party pack. We all realised it was a price mistake but for some to get them and the others not I feel a bit mean, so sorry if you had your hopes raised and are now deflated :(.

    I only ordered one and i got an email saying my order had been delayed... not heard a dickie bird since... I think it is VERY rude that they have never emailed me since to inform me i won't be getting my order (as the conclusion seems to be that nobody else will receive theirs now)
    I may just wait a while longer before i email them enquiring about it, as i will have a different (and very good) reason for complaining, as - not only am i not going to receive my order but they have never bothered to contact me to tell me so! disgusting lack of communication i think.
    I am a regular customer with tesco.com buying books, wine, electrical items, groceries and dvds, and i shall be telling them that i am going to think about not using them in the future!
    Why should i have to contact them to chase this situation up? They know they are not sending anymore out - They should have apologised and informed me my order is never going to arrive by now.
    Disappointed!
