  • After yet more phone calls requesting account breakdown as we know we are owed money we have finally admitted defeat and officially give up.( Been requesting this for 9 months!) I have never, ever dealt with such an incompetant, rude and frankly hopeless set of people, that I have been dealing with in Dudley. I now have decided to let it go, hopefully with the knowledge that we will no longer be subjected to any further hassle from this incompetant Government agency. We hold out no hope in ever getting our money back or indeed getting the breakdown done. Just felt I had to share it so we can move on once and for all and yes their systems are still broken allegedly.....
