Hi everyone,
Stunty
Hi Kerfuffle, Orange Wednesday was indeed used. lol. It's the only reason I have a spare Orange sim card. As recommended by Martin Lewis. lol. The film was ok, not my cup of tea, but easy enough to watch.
Stunty
Glad to hear it, at least you got in cheapy cheap so not much of a hardship for an 'ok' film. Good to hear you're absorbing all Martin's tips too.:T

Nope, Beavers is what a little boy can be before he progresses to being a cub scout. It's a 'blast from the past' for me too, lol. :rotfl: Although I don't think age comes into it really, or that's what I'm telling myself anyway.0 -

Hiya LC, as far as I know we were only put there on Wednesday, but I'm trying to plea due to the fact that we're not a diary, but a thread that encourages others to save, so DFW board is best for us. Likewise the "Giving Up Smoking thread" has been put on the diaries and I'm hoping that too could be put back to DFW so folk see it far more often and are encouraged to quit or at least think about it. We live in hope!
Hi Kerfuffle, putting any left over shopping money into the pot is about the only chance I get to save so I stick with that.......and pray!!!;)
Brilliant Lost2, that's a heck of a sum!!
I see there are some great amounts from everyone today, well done EVERYBODY!!! We're all doing so very well, keep at it.

Yeah they've still got them although more and more people wait until they're old enough to be a girl guide. I was a brownie too

xI am only me, no pretences, no second guesses.. It's the best I can do, I'm sorry if that's not good enough for you... I'm sorry I'm not good enough for you :A0 -
Kerfuffle - He only did it for 2 weeks, he decided that he didn't like the noise levels [he can't cope with Men shouting, and although they [the men] were loud it was just to be heard above the noise level the boys were making] and thankfully no uniform had been purchased - phew - its sooooooooooo expensive
My DD does Brownies and thats bloomin dear aswell, uniforms are dear, trips can be expensive and all the little bits add up aswell like cakes for this event or that event. Have just robbed DS's piggy bank to pay Brownie subs tonight so any change I get later will go to him.
See you all later, Helen xProjects made for craft fair - 40

Hi everyone. It's ages since I've been on here, so many things have been happening. Consequently with the credit crunch etc and other unforseen happenings, I have had to stop feeding my piggy! However, I'm back with a vengeance now and raring to go. Would it be ok if I don't open my container in December but carry it over to next December???? That way I feel I may achieve my £500 goal!
Going to go back lots of pages now to catch up on everyone.(vegetarian & vegan family: me, DH, DS11 & DS 7, 3 dogs and 3 cats (not veggie )
