hi all
CMD sorry to hear about the cold hope it clears up soon
Tirl - it is lovely when you get extra stars!
I resigned from my job yesterday - but still getting sick pay at the moment - but once it runs out will need new money pronto. I am applying to an academic freelance writer company to see if I can get any work through them - it will be great if I can't. I want to explore new avenues as I am thoroughly fed up with the old ones! Wish me luck!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Well done Tirlittan on the 4th star, can't wait to get mine, only about 200 posts to go I think.
Had to take DD2 to A&E yesterday evening as she put a largish sequin up her nose, I swear I could see it up there and OH could too but by the time we got seen an hour or more after getting there they couldn't find anything. Have to take her to Northwick Park Hospital at 1.30pm today so they can check up her nose.
Was funny as the doc said to hold her right nostril shut and blow into her mouth really hard for 1 second and that it should push it out, he said she might cry but she kept laughing.
Fun and games I don't need.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -

Tirl well done on the 4 stars
TMD - glad your DD was okay
Hi everyone else!
The job was the pits - I am officially on a months notice. I need to tell my umbrella company and haven't yet - oops!
I have applied for a few different jobs locally - ranging from a third of what I normally earn right up to what I would like to earn. Who knows what will come of it.... The problem is yes I have things I would like to do - but we need income from me too for debt repayment and to fund any courses I would like to do.... so it might be sensible to try and get a decent local job for a while to save up for what I really want to do....
