I did sell an expensive car that paid of a huge chunk of the debt and have been squirreling away. I remember my first tel appt with the CCCS and them telling me I would be on my DMP for 21 years
I can always find crap around my house to sell. I have on at the moment a photography backdrop that is at £60 and I have quite a few other bits that I should really sell as I don't use and TBH I would rather pay off the debts. OH on the otherhand is the worse horder in history. He has a set of very very expensive dj decks under the bed which he hasn't used since we have been in this house and probably 2 years before that...so about 7 years. It just drives me mad that actually if we sold off all the stuff we owned that we didn't use we could probably be debt free. Hey ho I shall carry on on my own!I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

if I won the lottery I would so give me DFW some money to pay off their debts. In fact does anyone know how easy it is to push the bank unfair charges through on the crisis/in desperate need thing. We put in a claim but could really really do with the money and as DH is redundant I might stand a chance of getting it sooner? Maybe?I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. Sal, my DMP started off at 29 years I think. It's now around 14 years
We've got a house full of [STRIKE]cra[/STRIKE] stuff we'd happily sell. I could be debt free much sooner......if only I knew how to ebay :rolleyes:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
