Spud - I've been selling on ebay for 7 years and never had anything go missing - a couple of things have been late arriving but post office fault not mine.

Honestly just try one item - it's very easy step by step pages, so as long as you double check what you've done you'll be fine.

I had exciting hormonal type news today.

DD told me DS is getting hairs on his legs, so I called him over to have a looksy. He asked why I was so interested so I said it was a sign that he was growing up, and he would soon get hair elsewhere. He said 'I've already started getting hair down there' and promptly dropped his trousers and showed me - OMG my boy is turning into a man :T

My HR is very low also - only got up to 120 on my 16 mile run earlier and resting HR is about 45 atm (was lower when I was very fit) - it just usually means you have a large heart which acts as a very efficient pump

The range they give as 'normal' is meant to cover the majority of people - we are probably just outliers

Evening all by the way...off to cook some food shortly but had some white green and blacks earlier after my run - yummy
