    One of my new favourite meals is v quick and easy if you've got a good storecupboard. Throw a handful of dessicated coconut in with rice while it cooks. Just before the rice is ready, fry chilli and garlic in some oil. If you're doing it as a main meal, fry little pieces of chicken/pork/quorn/prawns (whatever's got a yellow sticker on lol). Throw in the rice and coconut and add thai spices like lemongrass and lime leaves. Stir fry for a bit- it's lush. If you leave out the meat and fish it's a great side dish for fish.

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I have just done some more in the garden, and have washed and hung out the stuff my daughter bought back from her weekend away, and now sitting down with a glass of orange squash - hitting the high life obviously!

    I went for a run (8 miles) this morning then joined hubby and the kids for a swim.

    Hung some washing out but had to retrieve it because it started raining :mad:
