I know, I am crap arent I:o
I have folded the washing without ironing it though and told everyone that they are responsible for their own ironing.........OH was OK but I have a feeling that when the time comes for items to be ironed I will get the "Louise, will you flick this over for me you are so much quicker than I am"
I need to be strong and not fall for the guilt tricks. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

I am Lou, thanks-was big dark black cloud hovering all day yesterday but feel much better today-thank goodness!
Can I ask a favour? Can everyone give me a few ideas of what they cook regularly so I can get some more ideas for tea? Now that my childminder wont be giving the kids tea after school, I need things I can either make in advance or ion batches and freeze-I do slowcooker a lot and will first of all do that curry (but had beef in freezer so will use that). My kids are generally quite good at eating most things and I dont pander to them (too much)...Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -

Erin and i are taking the bikes out later this morning to go get some luvverly rolls from a shop just out of town.. seems silly to go out just for rolls but they really are fabby rolls. we'll come back and have a bacon sandwich!
Going up town to semichem to get soap powder and maybe a wee pootle round the shops with erin and neighbout Dawn..... have a tenner voucher for Argos so will have a mooch there too.
Then mum is coming over for tea later as well. for gammon steaks and roasted veg which she brought over on friday but we were too stuffed to eat after our day out yesterday........I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
Lou, you are teaching them life skills that they NEED to be adults. Denying them that isn't fair and it's not doing them any favours.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0

Bun - Baked potato with tinned tuna, mayo and sweetcorn. I turn the oven on and while it is pre-heating cook the pots in the micro. Then just bung em in the oven for 10 mins to crisp the skins.Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. William James0

Morning
I have got my Dad coming round for lunch, then I will be waiting for my Daughter to return from her weekend away, then I expect I will be doing the washing that she will bring back with her!!
I did some gardening yesterday - well tidying and pruning really and found it quite cathartic. It still looks a right mess out there though, might try to do some more this afternoon.OD [STRIKE] £2600 [/STRIKE] £0 :j Loan [STRIKE]£9500.00[/STRIKE] £0 :j Car [STRIKE]£3150[/STRIKE] £0 :j Moving Costs [STRIKE]£1300[/STRIKE] £0 :j Savings £1150 :j
