Hi if anyone brought the Nokia 7600 on the 3 network from amazon ....... heres a link of ebay that will unlock the phone for use on all networks..... i.e O2, voda, orange and Tmobile!!!

they will send you a code that you type into your phone and you will unlock it in seconds...... so easy, even i done it!!     now i can sell it for even more   ;D

Before this post gets moved, does anybody know if this will actually work ? I thought these phones required a hardware reset to enable the missing menu item ?

it will work up to a point,its a 3g phone so the unlock code enables 2g operation,probem is if it detects a 3g signal it will try to lock onto that & stop working.3g sygnals are getting more common nationwide so eventualy u will have to have the phone factory reset to enable it to function at all

no problem,glad it helped :)if your on 02 they havnt wheeled out there 3g sygnals yet so you should be ok for a while but the others orange , vodaphone are increasing there 3g coverage daily.

Although the original poster (Tien) didn't benefit by getting my coin, I thank you anyway squire for enabling me to get it sorted FOC ;D ;D
