Thanks again Blindman, it will take some time to understand but I'm getting there
Looks like a lot of people have been getting the Residence Inn lately for $40, the list I looked at only had about 3 winning bids listed.
I'm going to have a read of all the info given and look further into all the hotels and probably will take the plunge and make an offer.
Another quick question, can I specifiy 2.5*? I thought the ranges were only 2 and 3 on PL, but I'll probably make an offer on a 2.5* if I can.2p off is still 2p off!0 -
Thanks for clarifiying the hotel area too, I was looking at different maps and trying to figure it out but not having much luck!2p off is still 2p off!0

can I specifiy 2.5*?
YES
If the area has them then the range is in order
1*
2*
2.5*
3*
4*
Resort
5*
Some areas have all in the range, some only have 3*0 -
Was just about to say I found that but thanks anyway, makes it slightly easier I guess in that I can do that and check out the 2.5* and 3* and 4* (wishful thinking!) in that area.2p off is still 2p off!0

I've been to vegas twice now, once to get married! I have stayed in circus circus, which is full of brits, and the stratosphere. both are 3* hotels, clean with large rooms. if you register with the hotels they often e-mail you deals. the statoshphere is doing midweek rooms at $29 a night per room. so thats £17 per room per night, not bad, and to be honest how long do you spend in a hotel room in vegas?0

With regards to driving, obviously I need to take my license but do I need to get an international license or is the UK one fine? And if I do how do I get it?2p off is still 2p off!0
