    Hi,
I have received my charges from Lloyds (circa £2500 without interest and £3500 with interest) and for my husbands account £256 without interest and £285 with interest).
However when I write now claiming hardship, do I write and say I am in hardship as my husband has lost his job last Nov and I can no longer meet all the outgoings with my wage as he is no longer eligable for benefits? Neither of us use our Lloyds accounts. I am missing payments for my credit cards and he is on reduced amount payment plans for his.

We have a joint account with Halifax and as we have a £3k overdraft which we go over regularly, we have decided not to claim for our Halifax charges as we cannot pay off the overdraft if they decide to try and make us. What is the best thing for me to say for my account with Lloyds?

    Help

If you do not use the account then I would doubt that they would pay out. Did you incur charges recently from LloydsTSB?

Reclaim the charges from Halifax if that is your main account because from what you have written lloyds will say no and I can't see there being any reason for that decision to be overturned.

See the above ellie. Halifax cannot withdraw your overdraft because you reclaim.

I'd write and ask for a final response so that you can contact the FOS. Once you have it we can work on it, ok?
