My neighbour has got one he made himself, with an old vacuum cleaner, and pots. If you give him a fiver, (he is retired) he does the yard as well.
Still Freda keeps him happy as she larks about in the yard as well.0 -
Your lucky it only affected your fence panel, there was a poster on here last year that her new conservatory was covered in fence stain from the neighbours activities, those fine droplets carry easily in the wind.0

When my neighbour sprayed his side of the fence last year, he thoughtfully also sprayed the side of my car as well :rolleyes:0

Help! Our neighbour spray painted his fence, we now have some overspray on our harled walls. Does anything take it off? It's on a part of the house where there is no grass, plants or anything that could be damaged in the cleaning process.0

Is it his fence or your fence? looks like white spirit does the trick from an earlier post in this.Remember the time he ate my goldfish? And you lied and said I never had goldfish. Then why did I have the bowl Bart? Why did I have the bowl?0

Might be worth being a little cautious. Did you ask them for permission to paint their fence in the first place?
I've been out painting my fence today, and I've just asked the neighbours permission to go paint the other side. I didn't ask them what colour they wanted. They get the same colour, as you know it runs though, even with a brush.
Of course there is no exscuse for the spray damage on your other items.
Lorian it wasnt alison who painted the fence but her neighbourNo Links in Signature by site rules - MSE Forum Team 20 -

Lorian it wasnt alison who painted the fence but her neighbour
I think Lorian was pointing out that Alison said it was her neighbour's fence, but that she had painted it previously.
If it was her neighbour's fence, she should really have asked permission to paint their side of it. If she didn't, and the neighbour's spray then damaged her paint, she couldn't really complain.
But as the post is more than 2 years old..................... :rolleyes:0 -
Nice to see that the thread is still going.
The fence that I was on about is a joint fence. I painted our side of it and they painted theirs (and ours). He is still using this damn machine and our fence is now streaked yet again with horrible orangey red coloured paint down my purple. The masonry is again covered, as are my plants, garden benches, bird table, bird bath and hanging basket stand. It would be far easier if he took each panel out and sprayed it then when it was dry, put it back. Would save an awful lot of hassle. If I could get my paint to go into one of the sprays, I would purchase one and get my own back by letting them see exactly the damage that they cause.Their next door neighbours borrowed the sprayer too and my adjoining neighbour had their new and very expensive paving covered in overspray. They have now stopped talking to their friend because of this.

in overspray.
Do it!! DO IT DO IT DO IT!!
It would be worth every penny, and perhaps you'd prefer a bright pink to purple, or even better, alternate panels of pink and purple!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
