Yes, this would be a good sticky.
There was another thread a while ago about dealing with Estate Agents and putting your house on the market, that had some really good advice.
It is one of those things that you don't need the info right no, but when you do you can't find it !0 -

Great post. I would however add a search on google earth to identify any major advantages / drawbacks of the area eg power station, motorway, schools, shops etc. Some will be advantageous to certain potential purchasers but not to others. A search of the local authority development plan to identify any proposed developments. Also a search of potential flood planes.0
