CPW termination letter

i use to work for this company whilst i was at uni.
There policies are crap, it's not clear or a simple disconnection as with other networks, the customer has to run around like an idiot and the managers there offer no support when customers complain, the manager prefer facebooking or daisychaining. All letter which have not been sent recorded delivery magically have never been received.
the retentions team aka loyalty team will trick you into renewing and say it doesnt extend your contract, all offers they make to you never get fulfiled and when ever you call back the agent will say they'll get the original agent to call you back which will never happen.
disconnecting with CPW is a challenge in itself. good luck.0
