Do you want to see my p60?
You've had an apology.
Your getting a recalculated bill.
Your getting a goodwill payment.
Just saying you can try taking it further but don't be surprised when they don't do anything else.0 -
amazing responses thanks0

I found out today, about 2 weeks after switching to NPower from EDF, that their standing charge for a gas meter is 46p a day ..
Bloody salesman never told me that .. git ..
Ebico here i come ..0 -
after yet again waiting for the manager to call me back from Npower (maybe they should have this as their strapline 'we'll call you right back!"). I have waited around 4 days now.
Also after the manager Debbie saying my meter couldn't be changed on friday due to not giving the meter technicians enough time although i had an appointment booked in by them. I got home friday and guess what surprise surprise Npower had been to change my meter but I wasn't in! along with this was two letters stating I had changed to two different tariffs? clearly once again they don't know what they are doing.
I have called them this morning to try and get to the bottom of exactly what is going on and when my meter will actually be changed and my account re-billed plus why they say a manager will call you back and they never do. Anyway i have now got my meter change booked in for the 14th Sept.
I have also been changed to an online tariff and I am having a standard meter. I am wondering how this will work out cost wise over the last year as my account is being re-billed.
Over the year I have used 647 night units and 5187 day units the cost of this is a £21.25 per quarter charge and they day units 12.58p and night units 4.98p. My annual cost on this was 899.25 and was also leaving me in around £150 debit to them.
The new tariff is £13 per quarter charge and is a cost of 9.76p per unit. Please could anyone advise me on how to work out the difference in cost? Do I times the total units used over the year by the costs per unit?
Thanks

Hello Lewigreg081281,
I'm sorry to hear about the problems you have been having exchanging your meter.
I am an npower company representative and if you PM me your account details I will get it looked into straight away for you.
Best wishes,

It seems there is someone else here who doesn't know what they are doing. No-one will help you after your earlier accusations of people being Npower employees. You don't deserve help. At the age of 28 you should be able to deal with this yourself.
If Npower are really that bad you'd be changing suppliers.
Anyone else think that the OP is having a laugh? :rolleyes:0 -
If you read the posts properly it was others who where being awkward with their posts to me along with sarcastic.
Thanks for the life advice daveboy :T im not 28 by the way unless you know something i don't?

Repeatedly phoning companies when they have made a pig's ear of something rarely works, you get a customer service assistant who changes something then another who changes it back. Write a letter to the complaints department.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Yes, it's 27, not 28. None of us care in any case.
Still old enough to sort it out yourself instead of being spoon fed.
Anyone got a bib for the OP?0
