did you use 'spreadable'? that could be your problem then. the spreadable ones never set properly.
Try using 'proper' butter or one of the blended (but still hard) butters if cheaper.
Yep, just what I was about to say. That maybe where you were going wrong. Mine turn out differently every time. Some times I think I should of cooked a bit longer to remove the liquid. Earlier days trial and error in my case.Opinion on everything, knowledge of nothing.0
