I think you are tying to pull a fast one all for £3, i think the door is beige and you are saying it white to get everyone to side with you

no just pulling your leg they definatly look white to me
but as another poster mentioned if you dont offer a refund then they seem petty enough that they will open a paypal dispute for snad and we all know what paypal are like the buyer will get there refund and you will probably then be left with a neg from your buyer who i agree needs to go to specsavers0 -
they probably didnt fit her and shes lookin for a reason to return!0

bloody hell some people complain about anything
for £3 can you really see the point in complaining?
I won a white skirt once, it arrived, now it wasn't brilliant white, but it was white
I think I paid £3 as well, if I decided it wasn't the right shade I would simply sell it on myself, sheesh:rolleyes::heartpulsOnce a Flylady, always a Flylady:heartpuls0 -

I can't find the button for 'The following user says *raspberry* to this post'! :rotfl::rotfl:
No, i promise you the door is white. It's white. It's a white door, painted white, with white paint from a pot marked 'Brilliant White' which we got from the 'White Paint' section in B & Q.
And the trousers are white too, as I will be able to ascertain when I get them back - because of course you are all correct and I will have to accept the return from the blind woman, who presumably carries what she thinks is a CREAM stick.
Ho hum.
Thanks for indulging me anyway :rotfl:No, Mr A, that is NOT 'Great news'!!
Wombling totals: Oct = £243.32 - £93.32 over target!
Nov Wombling Tally: £27.36 so far... behind target

In that case, I'd say they are white.
I'd go back to her and say that they are white, in your opinion; but colour being subjective, you are happy to refund if they are sent back. I'd also point out that the door is white, whiter than a white thing that has been painted white; and as can be seen from the photo; the colours are ridiculously similar; but you will have a jolly good look once you get the trousers back.0 -

I had to look twice, I thought Baldrick was on here.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
I sold a pair of Oasis trousers on ebay, the buyer has just emailed to say 'thanks for swift delivery. However I am disapoointed they are not as described, the colour you described is white and they are cream. Please advise'.
'Please advise'. I've been seeing this coded passive-aggressive BS phrase a lot of late. I take it to mean 'Offer a partial refund or you'll get it in the F/B'.0 -
Perhaps I will reply - 'They looked white to me. I don't know what to say to you. Please advise'

In the cold light of day, I have just read through her feedback profile and she seems quite trigger-happy with the neg/neutral buttons. With that in mind, I have sent her a message saying I'm sorry she's not happy with the trousers and I'm prepared to refund her the £3 purchase price and she can keep the bl**dy things. No, Mr A, that is NOT 'Great news'!!
