This might have been asked before, but after how long is the cashback from egg supposed to be posted on the CC account? I am now in receipt of the wine, and CC has been debited but no sign of the cashback being posted on it. I clicked through the egg's web site, and then went on to mix my own case as above. TIA.

Cash back is give annually in September - unless you got 20% cashback which I think comes as a direct rebate.

It's pretty confusing and as some have found - Egg do need chasing to get it. :'(

I posted at the top of the page about my experience. There was 20% if you clicked thru in December which will be auto. deducted off your next statement. If you clicked thru in Jan then it's only 10% back. These cashbacks are all immediate. You don't wait until the normal cashback. I clicked thru and ordered in Dec. but the transaction showed as Jan so I had to call them. It did state EGG along with VIRGIN in the transaction name. Does your's say that? I think this is how they know if you clicked thru or not.
