Thanks for the book Cinny, you're a start.

Did not know that Poolie. Suddenly my desktop looks a lot more attractive.

Basically, if you have a PC at home. Get to quidco and do HSW through the evening. PS Make sure you give approx 30 minutes between each one so they track correctly.

When your at work do the same as above. That was you will have High Street Web tracking 4 x 4p = 16p per day for searching the web.

For example Dinah and NIM could get 2 High Street Webs done at their work and 1 at home so that would be 24p for doing what you do naturally (searching the web)

That's one for NIM to answer, I'm sure he will at lunchtime.

Been googling pictures of 'invisalin' braces. If I get those then they really don't seem that obvious - that said the girl has perfect teeth in the photos, so with my gaps they probably would be a lot more obvious!

Sorry to burst your bubble but you will need fixed braces; removable ones are only suitable for minor adjustments usually used very soon after adult teeth erupt. As an adult, to make a noticable lasting result braces will probably need to stay on at least 18 months if not two years. They are very expensive: at least 2k per arch (ie 2k for the top 2k for the bottom teeth).

I have a question: are you having this done because of some nasty comment NIMs mother made some months ago?? Why are you letting her win?

Sorry I sound harsh but this is a massive decision and not I personally think you should be putting your wedding and whole future on hold for, you are a beautiful young woman and your MIL is an old bag who has nothing better to do with her time than make you feel ugly/unworthy(sorry NIM but this makes my blood boil).

Nope, my dentist told me my teeth are starting to cross over possibly because my wisdom teeth have been pushing from the back, and it could cause me problems in the future. Trust me, I'd rather not have them for cosmetic reasons, but if actual real ones are there, I *might* be convinced!

Desntist did tell me probably 2 years. Only need top teeth though, somehow the bottom ones have come through perfectly!

Glad your not doing it because of MILs comments. Do get to have it on the NHS or do you have to pay for it?

Don't know, the dentist said he would raise an NHS query with the orthodontist, but because I want them white or clear I might have to pay.

Hi all! I really miss being able to chatter on here all day, I don't stop at work now, I can barely get a lunch break and the overtime is really racking up! All good for the coffers but I'm so tired! To add to the madness one of the women on the team has been struggling to take in anything and has been having various health problems, she handed her notice in on monday but our boss talked her out of it and asked her to give it a chance, so she's been fairly useless and getting more and more stressed out about how awful she's finding it and today she collapsed! Turns out she's barely been eating or sleeping and the doctor has signed her off for 2 weeks so we've got even more on our plates! Poor woman should have been allowed to leave when she asked but now she's made herself ill with the workload!

Anyhoo, on a positive side we've booked our holiday to the Dominican! Whoop whoop! 2 weeks leaving on 13th October, I can't wait! OH nearly died when we paid for it ('That's 4 holiday's worth!' LOL!) but it was actually a pretty good deal and we got our work discount taken off so it's all good! We also found out that the winter 2010-11 brochure should be out next month-ish and if we book the wedding as soon as the brochure is released and book several places at once we should get a really good price- as long as we like it when we go!

I'm also after some baking advice, I'm making these cupcakes for the party on Saturday:

And I need to know how to pipe icing! What kind of icing do I use? And do I need a special bag or will rolled up baking parchment work?! I'm a total novice at this and have no idea!

I've always used a proper bag, Not sure how you would seal baking parchment. What is the party for?!

Sorry you're having such a rough time at work, is there any light at the end of the tunnel?

How you getting on with paying off the debts?
