Can't you tell him its important to you Tete? Even if the day means nothing to him, the fact that you want him there should be enough to sway him. He can climb a mountain any day.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Honestly Flower that's what he's like! Aye, I'll try that tack with him Dinah, we've only half discussed it really so far.

Satisfied my craving, don't think I'll want that again for a while ... that makes it sound as though I ate a full jar or something but I didn't, it just wasn't as good as I anticipated.
Sewing machine not playing nice again so have stormed off upstairs to watch the telly and now the volume's playing silly beggars! Gah! I'm going to bed!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Very quiet today!
I'm still all het up about this house, but we do have at least 5 groups of friends in the village who can tell us why its being sold and who used to live there/if there are any problem neighbours as there used to be a problem family there and not sure if they still are. Still, not going to loose anything going to look. I'm just scared we'll fall for it and not be able to buy it if we do go see it, so I'm cautious. Still we'd have nearly a year to do all the works and make it livable.
Having a major issue. The wedding deposit. We need to pay it. Its £1000, all our savings are locked away. I'm thinking I do have a tiny bit in my ISA, about £920 thats not locked away. Its very nearly enough and its not like we're going to fill both ISAs this year anyway.
Not doing so well on dooyoo this week, work is busy so only 2 done yesterday.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Morning, everyone's migrated to Cinny's thread it seems but I have sewing and diet news and I think they belong here. Well not news really just comments.
My sewing machine is a beast from hell. OH's mam is going to lend me one of hers for a couple of months til I can afford a decent one of my own (Father Christmas is coming soon isn't he?), so hopefully then I'll be able to make a start. Have got the material for my skirt and have started my mood board sort of. Am also almost finished my cat-made-from-a-pair-of-socks, which is quite exciting. Dinah - DID WE NEED TO WASH OUR FABRIC BEFORE WE CUT THE PATTERN OUT??? If so I'll have to do it tonight!
Was bad in Tesco last night and bough 4 Cadbury's yoghurts at 220 cals each rather than mousses at 105, have had that and have also made pasta for dinner, with a very calorific pesto sauce, and now I'm meeting OH for tea and only have about 300 calories left to play with! Might do a bit of power walking at dinner time!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
YES depending on the type of fabric.... I'm washing anyway just in case it shrinks. Done nothing homeworky yet, hoping to be done at my friends earlier tongiht so that I can get some done before NIM gets back from the OU lecture.
Who is still on this diet challenge, I'm tempted to make a chart to help people see how far they have come (or kick them up the bum if they havent!)Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Im not on the diet challenge as such. Have lost a 2 lb since i last told you, but im not strictly calorie counting etc.. just cutting back on snacks and going to the gym more. If i lose weight its a bonus but if not im not bothered. More looking to tone up anyway.Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0
