Ooh all moved in CMD! That seems to have happened really quickly - glad you're happy there! Do you think your friendship will survive this little episode once it's all died down? Exciting on the pram too
I like ex-council houses very much, they seem much sturdier and more spacious than new builds, even the small ones.
Have officially started the Christmas Shopping - one Sanctuary gift set, to go along with a birthday present for November so that I could get the Celia Birtwell vanity-case/sewing-box for myselfWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Tete is it only October. I am not starting my christmas shopping till November. I might not start it at all since OH is going to be away for Christmas.
Can't decide to nip up to my parents for a couple of days on Boxing day.0 -

They do the dip off Seaton Carew as well. I am working christmas day 3 till 11 so i would be mid morning boxing day before i got moving. Not looking forward to 5hours drive on my own. I could get 4 days up there. I would need 2 tanks of fuel and hyper milling something rotten as well.0

It's a funny one Poolie and you have to weigh it up, but I think with the time off and with OH away, you may as well pop up and see them - you'll be getting your fuel money back in free food and drink surely?

I'm super looking forward to Christmas too, this will be my first Christmas away from home as I'm going to OHs in the afternoon. All nervy!
Poolie - a 5 hour drive isn't too bad. Make yourself a flask of coffee, download a free Audible audiobook and you're away. I suppose you just need to weigh it all up though, like Tete said.0
