Say I went into a shop and bought a tin of beans for 30p. I'm pretty sure the shop didn't pay 30p for the beans from the supplier, they probably paid pennies. I'm not going to go around saying the shop is scamming me, am I?
But if that shop advertised the beans at 3p, however you had to pay an entry fee on the door, and there was no guarantee you could get the beans at all, would you still shop there?
These sites ARE NOT SHOPPING SITES!!!! They are gambling sites. The scam is in how they are marketed and advertised, leading people to believe they are a shopping site.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
Has any of you tried bidbudgie.co.uk auction site? Can't find much info on the net about them.0

Every time someone clicks on an item the price goes down by 30p, BUT it has cost that person £1 to click, so all the site has to do is to pay 30p of the £1 to the seller and pocket the 70p. No wonder they have got plenty of sellers as they are guaranteed to get the starting ie full price for the item. Don't be fooled. Yes someone will get the item cheaply but for every £1 he saves it will have cost the other bidders over £3 in click credits.
So what's to stop the seller listing something a really inflated price....Like you said it seems the seller is guaranteed their price?0
