August 2010 Brides (& Grooms!)

Im pretty organised too! Just have to give afternoon venue final numbers and pay. Need to sort order of service cards and a a few other bits. OH needs to get his suit & ring, but im leaving him too it.

Its my hen do this weekend so im currently baking cakes like a mad woman!

I'm an August 2010 bride Second time round for both of us, so it's off to the registry office on the 21st August with only our four children present (aged 14 to 23) and then a meal at a local Brasserie Gerard !

Cost of the wedding is absolutely minimal as we are going to have a stonking honeymoon October to December. We have bought Round the World tickets, business class , and will be visiting Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and The West Coast of the USA.

I am more excited about this wedding than I was first time round with the big church wedding and reception !

I'm not feeling anything - it's really weird. But then we moved house on the weekend so I've been busy thinking about that..... Only 12 days to go and the way my mind is it feels like it could be 12 months. I'm sure I should be feeling something!!!!!!!

Hello wedding date buddy!!

I wish I could be as relaxed as you sound, Since last week the stress has crept in, and every now and again I get a little bit nervous.

I'm a little like the others, I just want it to be now, but on the other hand I need more time!!

I've just got the little "Bits & Bobs" to finish now, like place names, finalising the centre pieces, making the CD cases, and making up the Children bags and my mum and sister's survival bags. All the fun parts but the time consuming bits.

We had a photoshot with the photograph yesterday as we get one photo blown up as a signature board (well that's what I call it!) Brought the final bridesmaid present, and not MSE but brought a gorgeous guest book and pen set in F Hinds.

Still stressing as to what we could buy the dad's as thank you presents and I want to buy my H2B a gift box full of little pressies too

I'm just so excited about picking my dress up next monday!! Can't believe I'm only going to get to wear it for one day I wasn't too sure when I brought it, but I've grown to love it so much now!!
