  • Hugs Kayleigh, use your day off to do the jobs you've been putting off and sort the car out, sometimes it does you good to have a 'sort out' day.
    Does stress trigger the IBS?
    ...Linda xx

Yeah, it's stress that sets it off. Usually, it's new jobs that get it going. But considering everything I've got on at the moment, with all the essays, being stuck down here on my own, having a huge drive to do on a bank hol Sat (which will probably take all day as I'll stop at nearly every service station from boredom) and lying to nearly all of my family about uni and debts, I haven't a clue what could have set it off. It could be something new like the drive or it could be everything piling on top of each other. Or I could be worried about something that I don't even know I'm worried about!

Well, the car's been serviced so that's that for another 3000 miles. £112.77 ( ) but it does seem to be running better. The spark plugs still need cleaning/replacing but my dad said he'll do that while I'm in Blackpool. I feel absolutely wiped out for some reason so I think I'll put the washing on then have a rest. I might well be actually coming down with something, I usually do when my holidays are coming up. Thanks to everyone who said they hoped I'd get better soon, I feel a bit better now, just washed out.

Put your feet up for an hour or two and watch a favourite film!
Blank everything out for a while.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I know, dangerous isn't it?
I'm off all week with the kids and trying to plough through the laundry mountain. Now it's chucking it down I'm having to use the tumble drier

I'm trying to ignore the ever increasing ironing pile in the corner.
I'm amazed there isn't a cat asleep in it already!
