Well I am back from London.
The flotation tanks were ok, but to be honest I got a bit bored and a bit cold. I did close the door to the pod for a little while but then panicked in case it wouldn't open again (I am claustrophobic!) so left it open in the end.
I tried to go into a deep sleep but my brain just wouldn't switch off!

Well I was ironing until Dennis decided that I'd warmed up the ironing board nicely just in time for one of his many afternoon naps.

We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
