I've been to Ikea...with DD and grandson!! Thats something I wouldn't have managed 3 days after giving birth.....

Got the wee man a cot for when he is a bit older....I got nothing that I went for except perhaps a useless washbasin cupboard....

Bloomin eck Sammy - I dont think I was allowed out for 10 days after I had my 2

I fancy a trip to Ikea, but no money so not much point really

Sally, if you are interested in any form of teaching then this is the site where you need to start.....

    http://www.tda.gov.uk/

we always need teachers in FE, but you do have to be on the zy side of Crazy to enjoy it.......14-19 year olds :D

I have to say that primary teachers always outstrip demand unless you are a man.

Spud I have to go back in this week as the whole academic staff have been summoned for Staff development week and the students are intervied next week, we work MUCH harder than school teachers:rotfl::p
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
  • My evening meeting has been cancelled - not sure what to do now.

  • What happened with Weller yesterday? The troll had been eliminated by the time I got here. She seems to have taken herself off of here.

OK, my next career step, TA:D

In other news my Brothers operation has been cancelled from Friday this week to late Sept, apparantly they are refurbishing the ward:mad:

I want to know how they didnt realise the timing clash before they booked it in????

  • That's ridiculous Lou. I thought it was fairly urgent?
Still, maybe they'll clean the ward while they are at it and he won't get to catch anything!
  • Evening all

we all good? no nasty Trolls about? Hope Weller is ok. I hate to think some scum bag made her leave.

Lou was work ok? I tutored and that was odd. Got to do it again tomorrow must think of the money (hundred days verses a debt challenge) I Really want to be debt free as soon as possible next year.

    Nevertheless she persisted.
  • Oh Crap just read the bit about your brother Lou, that is so stupid? How do they make these bloody decisions.
    Nevertheless she persisted.

It's probably because of one department (maintenance) not talking to another department (admin). From my experience of hospitals there doesn't seem to be much communication going on.

I hope the operation goes well in September.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
