I was a good girl and went to run club!
How did it go Sally?
I'm having a rest day today.
I'll do my short 4 mile run tomorrow, don't want to push it too far
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

And i'm about to go and watch biggest loser on sky real lives. Might be on later though the miserable git is likely to be wanting to go to bed then... I think tomorrow I'll move my computer into the living room so I can surf untill the small hours as much as I want (and as much as I can survive with the milk monster wanting feeding between 6.30 and 7am each day)
