I have had a really good week this time I am hoping for a 2lb loss. You still have a couple of days to weigh in Sal, might lose something by Weds:D
Im going to pick up some more food diary sheets and really be good for the next 2 weeks. I don't think I will loose anything but Im not too worried. evening peeples, i've just got in from having dinner at a nice pub with my mum.

Nathan is fab - still not quite crawling.
