    Bun, I dont know how the fook you did 30 minutes on the cross trainer hun. Inspired by you, I thought I'd have a go on mine. Only managed 10 minutes and I'm sweating like a sweaty thing and feel like I'm gonna die :o :rolleyes:

    Will aim for more tomorrow :cool:
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:

    And we used to discuss but he's a bit touchy since he [ut weight on and is struggling to shift it because work is impinging on gym time...

    oh, and my mum just casually drops into the conversation tonight that she thinks i might be gluten intolerant and have coeliac disease - as when i was a baby i projectile vomited when i was fed......well, that's good to know now......
