Yes...me! Still not moved off the armchair yet! Actually think I'll get a 5 minute head start as there's so much to do. Will check back in a bit.

Pest control guy has been (held up by chaos caused by gas leak in Egham...) - he didn't have my phone number as I called from my work landline ... oops...

Anyway... I have had starlings nesting in the wall, so he's going to quote to remove the rubbish, disinfect it and make the roof bird-proof. About £200 he reckons. TBH he was perfectly nice and I can't face getting anyone else round to check it out, so I think I'll go with it.

Still doing work filing  Not quite sure when I'll get round to finishing their mid-year reviews!

Might follow dusty's suggestion and have a cuppa (not sure what of - I'll have to have a look) and then plan for the rest of the day - I want to make sure that the house looks better at the end of the day than it did at the beginning every day this week! As there is only me here to make a mess, it should work OK.

In my HHC i hung the washing on the clothes horse and sorted the clothes out for holidays. Put another quick wash on and put that on the horse as well. Had an extra 15 mins and put the last load on the horse and another load in the machine.
