Evening my lovelies - said I would post and I finally am!!
Hugs and stuff - think I mentioned specific people earlier today but head is full of sh$te so could be wrong!:rotfl:
Toots - have done TWO stars - WTG ME!! Had good clean at the weekend as best friend and family coming sunday aft for drinks and buffet to celebrate her birthday, so have only had to S/S to get the stars. Was stunned when she said to her 16 year old DS "when go to downstairs loo and also have a look at the tortoise in living room (looking after for my sis) take note I WANT my house looking like this"!!! Blo£dy h$ll, nearly fainted!!!!:rotfl::rotfl::T:T
DD2 is doing my blooming head in, she's decided she wants to go to uni this year now, so in between mega cleaning, food shopping and preparing buffet I got her halls of residents place sorted and applied for loans for tutition fees and maintenance. She's decided (yesterday) that she can't go as she's realised that the halls takes all of the maintenance loan and she will have no money. I said she'd have to do what every other kid does and go into some sort of debt for the privelege of going and to get a part time job. She said "but I'd have to pay that back"!! BUT NO, she's talked to EXH (her dad) who said he would pay half of the costs if I would do the other. HELLO - we don't have that kind of money (wish we did), so now it's my fault that she may not be going!! It's alright for her dad he earns just him alone, 4 times our combined wages. anyway DS & DD1 have told her in no uncertain terms that she's out of order expecting us to finance and her to do nothing to help. Anyway I lost it - so no change there then!!!
Also DH ex is moaning that her maintenance hasn't gone in, but it left his account yesterday, he's with A&L, don't know who she's with, it happened last month too , but it's her who changed banks and obviously it's taking a couple of days being in the ether before it's lands in her account. Now in my mind she should budget so that she doesn't go overdrawn as this is going to be the case now every month, but no she wants DH to go overdrawn so she won't have to. Now I COULD sort his finances so that he has the money at the end of his pay month so that he could pay it earlier, but my thinking is why should I?? Am I mean an ar£y cow? Probably but it really isn't his problem that she's changed to a bank that takes A&L to transfer money to.
Sorry for long and boring post, after all others have FAR more important issues than mine to deal with. xxTo love and be loved is the greatest happiness of existance - Sydney Smith0 -
