Anyone fancy an HHC at 8.15 ?
I need to put clean sheets on (what day is bedroom Pigpen ? ......decided sheets could not wait on any longer!!!!).
On the smurf front I remember us having a wee smurf ornament when I was wee....think it said something like 'Best Dad' or something on it (I am sure it had a cigarette in its mouth and my mum cut it off as Dad did not like cigarettes- even though he was a bus driver and lots of smoke on buses in those days!).

oooh..I forgot to mention before...someone was asking about Migraines. I used to get them (I thought they were really bad but I'm sure people have worse!) They finally figured out what was wrong with my shoulder (shoulder blade is wonky!) and sent me for physio. Whilst I was having this they told me that my left shoulder blade never formed properly and isn't in the right place resulting in me having shortened muscles attaching it at the top. Basically to cut a long story short at the slightest sign of stress the muscles tense as normal but because they're short to begin with it causes havoc. If it gets really bad I can't turn my head at all because of the pain. However, since going to the physio, he showed me where the pressure points were on the back of my neck and now if I can feel the muscles starting to tense up I just have to massage those parts of my neck really hard and it eases it a lot. I have to say that (touch wood) I haven't been to see the physio for over a year (whereas at one point I was going 4 times a week) Certainly better than the chiropractor who was charging £39 a session 3 times a week for a problem he was never going to be able to fix!
sorry...that was a lot more waffly than I had intended...the general jist of it is that massaging those pressure points have pretty much nipped the migraines in the bud (and if that doesn't work Solpadeine Max are the only way forward!)Jonathan Douglas born 20th January 2009 - 9lb 4oz

DW been on twice today.. one WM unloaded and half reloaded. 2 loads of towels folded and put away.
Other than that I have bought DD1's school shoes... I have now got everyone sorted for shoes, I need to take DD4's shoe in to have the raise fitted and buy jumoers for DS2 and polo shirts for DD1 then we are done.. thank goodness!!! I did some coat juggling and ended up only having to buy 3
