    I also have to work. No bank holiday here. Booooooooooooooooooooo! lol

    But I took Friday off and I have next Thurs & Fri off as well as the Monday! :) Had it booked for a trip to Ireland which my OH and I have now decided not to do so we don't overstretch ourselves financially.

    My holiday consists of a trip to an Alt Country / Americana / Blues / Indie Rock Festival . . .

    http://www.endoftheroadfestival.com/

    Been reading with amusement the mentions of Reading, Leeds & the V Festival on here over the past few weeks and then looking at the line-up and finding like NO bands I would want to see . . . Looking forward to fellow PADD'ers having that moment with the line-up at mine LOL

    Followed by just under a week in lovely Paignton in a fancy B&B that I booked via Quidco . . .

    Doing me & the boyfriends train tickets this afternoon via Quidco as well so all in all a VERY MSE affair . . .
    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    It's good that we're not all the same!
    Well done on the MSE trip though - I'm impressed!:T

    Ahhh, lovely. The bills from the dentist has just arrived (I have to pay and then claim back from insurance)...........€547.40!!

    Nice! I can pay the first invoice this month ((€120.60) and claim it back), just about. But the second will have to wait until next month. Even so, I will only get a maximum total of €250 back, so that means I'll still be around €300 out of pocket next month :(

    I could get the bank to give me a small overdraft, and I would only pay a small amount of interest (no fees! I didn't even get charged a fee for accidentally going overdrawn a few months back!), but I'm scared that it would be too much temptation for me.

    On the otherhand, it would allow me to create a budget for paying it back that is more realistic and remove the tempation to spend on the CC if things get too tight.

    I need to check the interest rate on the overdraft facility here, but still not sure what to do for the best.
