  • Well i'm a bit chuffed this morning.

Before I say this I am in no way shape or form a gambler but I have been known to but 1 or 2 £, on the odd footy match in the past.

Well because there has been no action on my Sky bet account for a while they offered me a free £5 bet,:T so I placed this £5 on Arsenal to beat Everton on the opening day of the season, which came in and gave me returns of about £7:j, so what I thought what I would do was to bet on so called sure things, till I got to £50 then PAD the £50, if I lost it didnt matter as there had been no outlay at all. So I then put the £7 on Arsenal to beat Celtic in the first leg which they won 2-0 which gave me about £13:T to play with not bad for nothing, then last nights game I thought I would split my winnings so put £10 on Arsenal to win and the other £3 on the correct scoreline which if it came in would give me higher returns, but the back up was just the win.

Well the correct score I guessed was 3-1:j and of course arsenal won so I got a huge £54:T from absolutely nothing, so I am going to keep £4 in there to try and do the same thing and my PAD today is a delightful £50 to the Barclaycard please Macgirl.

Sorry to hear about the motor, fingers crossed for you!!

  • Hi guys,

    May I ask..

How do you actually make these payments to your credit card? The idea of paying a bit off each day sounds fab, but I have an online bank account that doesn't let m pay change in to the bank (they scowled at me a lot when I tried to pay in a bag of 20p's!!), so how do you do it? Do you physically go and pay in what you can, or is it a case of putting some money in a jar til the end of the month...?

    Thanks :o
