Hi everyone,
I went a bit AWOL after an enthusiastic start, I find it goes like that - feel all good about paying off debts and then get a set back, in this case an unexpectedly big electricity bill, and then I feel all down in the dumps about it all again! So there was no PAD-ing for a few days, just a lot of number-crunching. Anyway, today's PAD is a "hopefully-getting-back-on-track" £2.50 ! I'm so desperate to get under the £15k mark, just for a moral boost!
Congrats on the new PAD-baby  x0 -

Hi Panda Paws :hello:
Keep going. We all have set backs on here - I think it's called "life"!
Even if you only PAD a tiny amount every day, it is something. Besides people on here keep you very motivated, so catching up for 5 minutes a day can be all it takes0 -

Welcome aboard! PADding is very addictive. There are no rules here expect please try to make your PADs in Large, Bold and Colour, so the month's totaller can see them easily. This month that is Jo.
To amend your sig, just go to "Quick Links" (above right), then scroll down to EDIT SIGNATURE and away you go!0 -
Thanks macgirl :A0

Thanks Paul and Joey!
I think I'll pop to tax office shortly and ask them. I'd like to avoid using an accountant if at all possible as my business is fairly basic in terms of ins and outs.
Thanks,
Muso x0 -
angelicmary85 wrote: »Flower I wanted to ask you if your charms for your bracelet are something called 'love links'? My bro was wanting to buy a charm bracelet for DD's joint bday/xmas prezzie and came across these 'love links' and said that each wee charm (kind of like a bead) cost £60 each which reminded me of the price of yours and was just wondering if it was the same? I've never seen anyone with one and was just wondering what they're like?
pandora charms start at 25 quid each if that's any better for you. i love mine because i can wear it every day, you don't have to have "dangly" beads that catch on things... xMortgage free as of 11/11/15 !
:Anow... to start some serious saving :A

Hello folks! :hello:
I'M BACK!! Hope you are all doing well. Had a great old time in Turkey and a nice little tan to show for it.
I dunno if I will get through two weeks of posts but will try to, but congrats to everyone with good news and a dodgy hug to anyone who has had a rough day or two.
Had trouble getting into MSE site today so been "farming" and expanded lots, lol. Good to be back, have missed the PAD antics!
Sterling work Jo - only seen a couple of totals around the 10th/11th but they were very good! So, I can give you a good PAD today. There's £150 spends left from Turkey so I am going to PAD that to my Dad as I've owed him the same since Xmas. £10 to Cap1, £4 to HSBC and my loan payment today of £319.28....
Total PAD £483.28
Good return to UK except stooopid old job has paid me a full months money today and now I owe them cash. Someone forgot an e-mail somewhere by the looks of things. Boooo. I think I am due 2/3 of a full month pay so I have stuck the rest in the ISA whilst they calculate what I owe them. Doesn't help the strict spreadsheet budget when I don't know my actual income to the nearest 1p MSE style!Debt Free 25th August 2010 with PAD !!TARGETS ::D
