Oh man, I'm so glad this working day is nearly over! What a !!!!!!!' nightmare!

One of my team doesn't work Wednesday's, my Manager was in meetings for the morning, then had a banging headache and left at 3 and our newbie.....well he got a phone call this morning to say that one of his friends died in a plane crash yesterday evening in Portugal. He was training for his pilot's licence and due to come home in 3 weeks or so.

So, we offered to drive him home but he wanted to stay. Keep busy I guess. He's left now to go and meet up with some other, mutual, friends.

But, as you can imagine, he was distracted (understandably), so I had to correct a lot of the work. It's sooo busy today, but finally on top of it, and he's now with his friends, hopefully remembering good times.

I feel exhausted. I can only imagine what his family is going through!

Anyway, sorry for not being cheery, but you know, it's a bit of a sucky day.

    Hope all are well!

    xx
