Where to send ISA transfer forms? Local branch or head office?

I'm trying to move 2 entirely separate previous years ISAs from Alliance and Leicester and Barclays into this year's existing Intelligent Finance ISA. I've completed the Letters of Authority for both previous years' ISAs but I'm not sure where to send them to, my local branches or some other central processing offices?
This guy would like to know the same thing but for RBS

Thanks for any insight!

Surely the forms came from IF and must be returned to IF. They should have included their address on the form. That's the normal way for ISA transfer.0

No, IF ask for it to be done differently to most places, they do say on their website to send it directly to the bank that the money is coming from.
If you have an address for the ISA Transfer department at Barclays & A&L, then send it there, but if you don't (or want to save the postage), then hand it in at a branch, I'm sure they can send it on for you.0 -
Just rang Barclays and A&L. For anyone else who wants them:
Barclays Savings, PO Box 75, Liverpool, L69 7HJ
and
ISA Services Team, Carlton Park, Narborough, Leicester, LE19 0AL0
