A newbie here,

I wish to transfer a cash ISA (from previous years) from RBS to Intelligent Finace. IF send me a letter of authority form for the account, and state that I should forward the letter to the current ISA provider. Could anyone please tell me who I should send the letter of authority to? Is it the branch where the ISA is held (my local branch) or is there a central place for the RBS which deals with ISAs?

Many thanks in advance for your help!
