Payup, its much simpler, I was fined £20 and the cost of dry cleaning a pair of police issue trousers.
I was deep in the shrubbery piddling, when the copper tapped me on the shoulder, He said he would have let me off but I was mid flow.
You p""t, you should have gone for the pee over record, he would have needed a new shirt and helmet then?
;) I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0 -
Yeah this kind of winds me up too. I got caught in bristol by plain clothes police...i had gone well away from the road and was stood behind a wall in a park, unfortunately the girls i was with were attracting attention to what i was doing and didn't realise they were police DOH.
In fairness they were pretty good natured and only gave me a "yellow card" basically a informal warning another within 6months in bristol then you get fined.
But if its that much of a problem why not just provide some public toilets in the busy areas?
I visit cities all over the uk for nights out with different freinds at its not uncommon to leave the bars at closing time and then have to queue for a hour to get in a club, at this time all the chances of finding a real toilet are limited. Same goes for when you come out and are waiting for food etc.0 -

I'll say it again, as on your other identical post.
Its disgusing and filthy. I dont want to walk in some elses urine.
Presumably old johnie was out, you were lucky you werent done for indecent exosure, outraging public decency etc etc etc and ended up with a criminal record.
As another poster put it on your other thread, youre also lucky they didnt clamp it, now that would have made the girls laughmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
So it looks like its £40.00 for nearly committing a crime. :beer:andrinaperry wrote: »if you had committeed the crime it would have been £800 -
I understand that it is socially unacceptable to urinate in the street, however only 3 months ago in broad daylight I witnessed a man pee against the railings in central london. The street was busy with people of all ages, nothing happened and he walked on his way with wee running down the street. Thats a big difference to someone weeing in the dark late at night.
What is more worrying is that the police are issuing notices on their presumed guilt and they are asking a drunken person to admit to this by signing a penalty notice !
What if you are wearing dark clothing and look in the shop windows late at night, do they fine you on the basis you are dressed to commit burgulary and in the vicinity.0 -
They sem to be cracking down on "antisocial behaviour" even when its imagined. Bf got a letter from them after they observed him and a female (that would be me) sitting close to the tram tracks. He was sat down but unless the tram came hurtling in at 100mph there's no way he couldnt have gotten up. Apparently he was observed actually standing on the tracks which is bull. And to add insult to injury on the way back to town we observed a supertram EMPLOYEE sitting on the side...but i bet they don't bother warning them. To be hinest it was match day so i think the pseudo bobbys had nothing better to do.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. so if you are just about to nick a car and the police catch you in the act, you should be allowed to walk off scott free because you haven't actually committed the crime?0
