Postage Problems with e2ave (chequback)

Ok,
I have just had my 8th bill (on the 6th of April) so i duly went to send the claim to them asap. I followed everything and sent it off (via 1st class recorded) on the 11th, more than a week later still nothing was showing up on Royal Mails system. so i go and resend the forms (21st April) and this second one still doesnt seem to have got there.
I sent them to the address WS10 7WZ and have had absolutely no problems in the past.
I cannot think what else i can do to ensure i get the cashback claim (other than sending another set via Special Delivery) but i will wait for their reply first.
Has anyone submitting cashback claims recently had problems with the letter not being recorded as 'delivered' ? This is highly frustrating and i have just sent some email to them now to see what is happening their end!
It would be comforting to hear that other people can't get their things sent as well!

Just looking it seems that e2save are having problems because they have changed the address to which the cashback/chequeback claims need to be made.

Why don't they inform people of the change? Especially as the information on the vouchers and website state it should be going to the other address like i have sent mine to.

Similar thing happened to me last week.
10 days after posting my bill I checked RM site for delivery conformation and it said that it hadn't been delivered. I gave RM a ring and their advisor said it had been held up somewhere. Spookily it got delivered the next day...0 -
Unfortunately all the claims I have ever sent to e2save NEVER show on royal mails site as delivered, but e2save confirm each time that they have received them......
