Id have to disagree with that, i used to work at sainsburys and not everyone is brain dead, yes there amybe some staff who are brain dead, also im in a minimum wage job and its not perfect but its something,

Now that's offensive. I work for Sainsburys and am not the slightest bit brain dead. Sainsburys is a good place to work. We earn above minimum income.There are plenty of opportunities for advancement, and it has a very low level of staff turnover. Not just since the recession. So that should tell you that staff are happy working there.
