It's not true, it's a sweeping generalisation. I actually don't think there is a single ethnic minority working in my local tescos, and I don't recall that many ethnic minorities working in my local Sainsburys when I worked in very multi-cultural Nottingham. And your statement is offenSive, because it's never acceptable to beat someone up. If I were to make a sweeping generalisation about you it would be to say that you read the Sun.

And actually I am white British and I still find the comment unnecessary. And like BA, Raquela and venus said, it was pointless and irrelevant

My local Sainsburies used to have a mix of different ethnicities employed, now it is predominantly one ethnic group. I don't have a problem with this it just seems strange that it has changed in this way which is why I noticed this thread.

Sainsbury's only employs one class of individual.

Brain dead people that enjoy being walked all over for the national minimum wage.

Even in todays recession hit times where people are desperate for any job....I wouldn't touch these money grabbing !!!!!! with a barge pole.
