No you didn't I have read the post again you posted advice too on a subject you knew nothing about and was only based on an anonymous friend who works for Sainsbury, allegedly.
This type of post can be seriously damaging to the firms involved and can bring this site let alone the OP into disrepute.
I'm not having a go at you but I think sometimes people should think 4 times before posting warnings like this.
Its like all those spoof virus warnings people send out, if this was remotely true you would see it in a newspaper (or failing that the daily mail or daily express) or on the TV news. Something as big as what is claimed would not be a small story.
(FAO timco)I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -

My Post started with "Suspected" I did not say it has been tampered. My warning was, if you applied on their recrutiment website, and you did not get an acknowledgement or felt that your application has not been put through. Then it would be prudent to follow up the application with a telephone call, as you would do if you applied using the Mail. Websites are hacked into every day, take the US Government/Defence system case (which made headlines a couple of weeks ago because he was looking for UFOs:D) Sainsbury may not be exempt from tempering, indeed no website is safe. Anyway, if there was a problem at Sainsburys could you see them making it public?
At the very least they will be looking to beef up security, and be appreciative that the matter has been bought to their attention if there is a problem, because how else will they know unless people ring in with their concerns.
Lastly, this thread is reminding me of the 'Emperior has no clothes on' No one spoke up out FEAR! No wonder society is going down the toilet!!!

Amazing don't you think.
Enfieldian has told the TRUTH and gets stick for it.
The fact that he is bang on correct has nothing to do with it so it seems.0 -

And how is that offencive? Its like saying the sky is blue.
oh i forgot we arent allowed to say anything that might offend someone even if its true.
its funny how white british people find very little offencive yet every other race and group shouts blue murder at the smallest thing.
you cant even beat an asian guy who tried to sleep with your mrs without it being a racial attack, oh he must be racist, no he beat up a !!!!!! who tried his luck:beer:0 -

Fair enough, have a contrasting opinion that may be seen to 'offend' (that isnt the point) but at least put that point across in an intelligent way and an in appropriate thread!!"You dont need a weather man to know which way the wind blows"0 -

Wow you really believe in prejudging and sweeping generalisations don't you. You won't employ people outright with a dismissal on their CV, you now seem to have an underlying issue with race. Tell us, how are you on disability or sexual equality, Mr Manager in a big company.0 -

I'm sorry but I fail to see where crawley_girl stated she was or was not of a particular racial background. I on the other hand am a white British person who did find the underlying tone of the post offensive and not contributary to the thread. To then see people add "thanks" to it was a sorry sight.
The whole "they are stealing all our jobs" attitude is really rather distasteful...................(long day at work and perhaps a bit tetchy but I really think people should read their posts before submitting them. For the record I have.)0
