    Hi All,

I am slightly confused and it would seem not the only one! My wife and took a loan out with Picture in 2004 also and we still have it. But we also took out a single premium PPI agreement which if I am right in thinking we got told we had to take out for our applicant to be successful!
However last year we received a cheque from Picture saying becasue we hadn't claimed on our PPI policy we were entitled to 25% back? Followed by another cheque this year and next for reduced percentages.

Does this mean we cannot lodge a claim against them?

Also who would I need to send the claim to and would I be able to use the template letters from this site?

Thanks in advance for the help.

    Regards,
    Longword

You can still make a claim even if you have received this 25% back if you believe you were mis sold contact the FSCS.

    Thanks.

Do I send the template letter from this website?

Also what is the address for FSCS? Again can I find it from this website?

Thanks people for all your help.

    Regards,
    Longword
