Im sure it won't come to that dialysis:eek:We still have other issues to sort once this is done with - the loans will be our next project

When I completed the claim form for FSCS, I did actually mention on it the way in which the loans were given, ie the drive by or internet valuation nd the LTV was ridiculous. I think you will find somewhere in the paperwork it actually confirms it is not neccessary to value the property, which is ludicrious on a secured loan. It said they just checked credit scores. I don't believe they even did that!!
    Totally irresponsible!!
Hi Busbyh thanks for your support looking forward to our next project:D I agree with the credit scores thing they didnt care how we got our loans as long as we took money from them.:mad:

Just spoke to Deloitte and cleared a couple of things up....Most importantly the order in which they are assessing claims.

They are assessing claims once they have all the relevent information so your claim number is not a factor it's all down to how quickly they get all the info.

This means the only possible cause of delay is Target/Picture as the FSCS have sent everything to Deloittes. I'm going to call Target later and draw a line in the sand!

If they can't get the information that Deloittes need really quickly after knowing about this for over 2 years then I don't see why I should continue to pay them on time:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

A bit of a gamble I know...but enough is enough! They've got nowhere left to hide as both the FSCS and Deloitte have now said they will look at claimsas the information becomes available.

If everyone who has a cliam outstanding suddenly decided to stop paying them I bet the'd free up some resources to get this sorted sharpish:p

Just rang Picture according to them it will take about a week for the information to be passed to the FSCS/ Deloitte, surely its been that now?
Look forward to hearing if anyone gets any information from Picture/ Target.
