Maybe this is part of the problem with the calculations at deloittes, when they say the figures are not adding up. I have only just thought about that. I was lucky with mine, I did get a good rebate, so not much to reclaim back on mine, but it will be a help.

I once asked for a settlement statement when we looked into remortgage and could not believe we owed 3000 more than the original loan and we had been paying £655 a month for 4 yrs i nearly died of shock0

No they dont my financle advisor was really shocked she even rang them and they were very avasive with her they skated round her questions we all know why now because there all con men but the tables will turn.By the way excuse the spelling im not the best:D0
