    try not to worry( I'm a fine one to talk!!!!) But the other poster who was asked if it was a cheque was told everything would be in the letter, also received the cheque. You could have the same person dealing with yours. Careful not to give anything away. Maybe they have in the past and got into trouble;)

    NO i didnt remortgage, im unfortunately still with them??!?!?! the loan was over 25 years, so only another 21 to go?!?!!?!

    My ref no was 200 odd...i checked this morning....i have no idea why mine was done quickly...why lie to me a few days ago?!?!?! crazy

    My post lately have not been all that bad, although I do tend to receive post which should have arrived the month before, going by most of the letters we receive.

    And another worry is.....
    Our address is similar to another 3 in our area......:confused:

    We have had much lost post due to this and not all of them are geniune or decent enough to either repost or walk up the road to push it through our letter boxes, we have to do this regularly.

    I re-mortgaged hun, to clear off the lender back in 2007, it was just over a year of taking out the loan advance.;)

    I think as pinknico said, the notation on the file has not been updated when you callled. Or they could not be bothered looking:mad:
