    In my polcy I dont have unable to work cover.

    I have hospitalisation - 65 to 70 years
    accidental death benefit- 65 to 70 years

    there should be a sections stating if you are unable to work for 31 days or more payments will be made up to a total of 12 months?

    Can I just ask you what you think They told me last week my decision letter and cheque would be sent out last week if i dont get it today do you think I should ring them or wait a bit longer, post and all?:confused:

    There was mix up....It wasn't a letter it was an email and the contents were superceeded by the last conversation I had with them....

    Status still showing as with Assistant Management team but I will be calling daily until I know that a decision letter has been sent

    I would ring them.;)
    Its a lot of money and I think you have the right to know hun, so yes contact them if you receive nothing today, tell them your worried about the post as well, the way its been recently, and you need to be reassured.:A

    Sorry you are still waiting gumbi, thats where mine is or was since 25th September , I assume its still there. No cheque here today but was not expecting one.
