    If I win my claim I will check if I am/ am not able to claim the NCB and then keep the policy or cancel either way.
    My policy says 3 months arrears, but it is not clear as to whether that is in arrears for three months or 3 monthly payments in arrears?

    Also check out the accidental death bit, also only for 65 to 70's.

    This is the reason I went for mis selling on second policy!

    My OH is now 45 and our demands and needs says:

    In particular your demands and needs are for a policy that will make the loan repayments for you in the event you are hospitalised for more than seven days.

    We have recommended Picture Payment protector to you to cover the risks of in particular:

    If you are hospitalised for seven days a monthly repayment will be made for you and additional daily payments until such a time as you leave hospital.

    AM I MISSING SOMETHING MY HUSBAND (AS THE ONLY ONE COVERED!!) IS ONLY 45 AND NOT LIKELY TO BE 65 IN 5 YEARS!!!!:mad:

    please tell me you think we have a case for mis advice:o

    Also if you displayed any of the symptons causing hospitalisation 12mths prior to the starting date whether specifically diagnosed or not, you cannot claim

    I do remember now putting in the age thing on the claim form. I used the accidental death part. Cover for this is between 65 and 70.
    I stated what good would this be when taking out the policy at aged 30

    The whole lot STINKS:mad::mad::mad::mad:

    So if you cancel do you then get a rebate against the insurance as well?? What happens at cancellation cause they would really have to give you back at least 78% of the unused PPI too if the policy is still in force and cancelled? This could work out you get the full policy back and all repayments made to date, the NCB, the 78% pro rata rebate or more......
