Oh for gods sake sorry deloitte told me day before yesterday they didnt need it they already had the inof and it was sent in error. I cant see the point if your claim is not at deloitte anymore but with the fscs can you? Maybe I will ring them again tomorrow or d=send it off anyway. I think Gumbi was also told not to send it and hers is with the fscs.

    Confusing isn't it Di ?
Did you read my email I posted earlier from Deloitte's?

Maybe its just a selected few they just want the info from though, and yet everyone are being told different things......

I was thinking on this with yours Di, as it have already been prioritised due to your reasons etc, they may bypass this form on your case, just a thought, but maybe send it off anyway, just in case.;)

Thanks for the birthday wishes for my son Marshallka much appreciated.

Dialysis, Gumbi is a man. (busbyh and I made the same mistake!) And as he is probably reading this I hope I am right.!!

I havent received a questionnaire but mine was at FSCS before end of September so that may be the reason.

I would just send the questionnaire back filled in first class recorded as per their request. Dunstonh posted about the other day and I think all complainants will be required to do this from now on and also the firm will have to produce something similar to say they have actually looked into the complaint. Dunstonh said it was to do two things, make CMC's work harder when making a complaint and stopping false claims.
